Shipping Policy
Orders for Western Canada (BC, AB, YT and NWT) ship from Vancouver, on the same day if ther were placed online before 11:00 PT. Orders for NS, NB, PEI, NF, QC, ON, MB, SK and NU ship from Montreal, on the same day if they were placed online before 11:00 ET. Orders place after 11:00 will ship on the next business day. If certain items are unavailable, you will be contacted before your order is shipped. Leave your phone number to be contacted sooner if any issue arises.

Canada Post regular service for businesses, usually delivers within 1 to 7 days.
Canada Post accelerated service, usually delivers within 1 to 3 days.
The fastest Canada Post service usually delivers the next day in major urban centers or the day after elsewhere.
Requires signature?
The basic FedEx service usually delivers within 1 to 5 days.
Accelerated FedEx service usually delivers within 1 to 3 days.
Next-day delivery in most Canadian locations.
*Packages with a value of $999 or more always ship with a signature required at delivery, no matter which service is chosen.
We provide tracking information for all packages shipped with these two services. We cannot guarantee any delivery date; once your package is in the hands of the carrier, the delivery is their responsibility. If your package is lost, delivered late or damaged, get in touch with us so that we can make a claim to the carrier; you may be eligible to a refund of your shipping fees in certain cases. Claims mode with Canada Post usually take 1 to 2 weeks before being answered. Claims made with FedEx are usually answered within 2 to 3 days.
